We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lash Stylist to join our team at The Lash Lounge in Walnut Creek. As an Eyelash Extension Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while providing top-notch eyelash extension services.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in lash extensions, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. We offer a competitive salary of $18-$28 per hour, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for growth and development within our company.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform high-quality eyelash extension services to meet client expectations
  • Conduct thorough consultations with clients to determine their needs and preferences
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in lash extensions
  • Cosmetology or Aesthetician license required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
