We are seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at Soliant Healthcare. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will play a vital role in providing diagnostic and therapeutic services to students with speech and language disorders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech, language, and communication disorders in students.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to address the unique needs of each student.
  • Deliver direct therapy services to students, both individually and in groups, to enhance their communication abilities.
  • Monitor student progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to provide a comprehensive support system for students.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student assessments, treatment plans, and progress reports.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Michigan state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
  • Previous experience working with school-aged children with speech and language disorders is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
