About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP SD CRM Business System Analyst to join our team at Applicantz. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the implementation and configuration of SAP Sales process using SAP CRM Sales, SAP SD & SAP VC modules.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve business systems problems and consult with various users to identify potential improvements.
  • Develop and document business requirements into functional specifications to solve complex business problems.
  • Configure system settings and options; plan, execute and document unit and cycle testing. Support business end users during integration and user acceptance testing to meet business requirements.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to address business or systems issues and technical projects (upgrades, enhancements, acquisitions).
  • Specific emphasis in the areas of Opportunity / Quotation / Sales Order management in a manufacturing environment leveraging Configurable Products.
  • Work on SAP CRM Sales & SAP Sales and Distribution (SD); Order types, Item categories, schedule line categories, condition technique to determine pricing, tax, accounts, output, partners, etc.
  • Enhance custom applications built on SAP WebDynpro, SAP Portal, SAP WebUI(CRM) & SAP Fiori.
  • Drive discussions with technical teams such as ABAP, Basis, Portal and Security.
  • Collaborate with supply chain team to solve business problems related to planning, manufacturing, and logistics.
  • In-depth integration of sales & finance to work on invoicing, trade (GTS), costing, etc.
  • Apply new dimension tools and concepts such as robotic process automation, process mining, data mining, etc and add value to the business process & solutions.
  • Perform hands-on solution design, prototyping, proof-of-concepts, process design and development tasks as required in support of current and new projects.
  • Assess the risks of various solutions looking across multiple applications.
  • Clearly articulate the impact of business problems and benefits using business language.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in a related field required.
  • 10+ years SAP consulting experience required focus emphasis on SAP CRM, SD & VC used in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong and deep integration experience of SAP Variant configuration (VC) and Bill of Materials (BOM) with sales, planning, manufacturing, logistics & finance.
  • Exposure to productivity tools and concepts like robotic process automation and process mining.
  • Detail-oriented team player with strong organizational skills, problem solving and leadership skills.
  • Experience in managing and leading projects & enhancements.
  • Self-directed with experience in managing priorities and timelines.
  • Ability to effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing, at all levels including customers, vendors, peers, business stakeholders and management required.
  • Knowledge on capabilities in SAP S/4 HANA Lead to Cash Process is desired.
