We are seeking a skilled Automotive Technician to join our team at Goodyear, a leading tire and auto service company. As an Automotive Technician, you will be responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing vehicles to ensure they are safe and running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Troubleshoot problems and demonstrate strong diagnostic skills to identify and repair issues with vehicle systems, including brakes, suspension, alignment, engine performance, air conditioner, and coolant systems.
- Inspect and repair vehicles to ensure they meet safety and quality standards.
- Continuously learn new technical information and techniques to stay up-to-date with rapidly changing automotive technology.
- Promote teamwork and deliver excellent guest service during all operating hours.
- Maintain expected standards of sales, service, safety, and housekeeping.
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older and have a valid driver's license.
- Must have three years of experience in automotive repair, including automotive diagnosis, problem-solving, and repairs.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future.
- Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) A4 Certification in Steering and Suspension and A5 Certification in Brakes and State inspection licenses and/or MAC certified.
