- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build strong interpersonal relationships
- Competence in electronic documentation
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred
- Capability to comprehend and adhere to both written and verbal instructions and safety protocols
- None required
- Valid RN License in the State of Texas
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification must be obtained within six months of employment
- Associate's degree in Nursing; BSN is preferred
