Dishwasher Position Summary

The Dishwasher is a key member of our kitchen team at Sunriver Brewing Company. As a Dishwasher, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and equipment are properly cleaned and sanitized. You will also assist in food preparation, restock supplies, and help maintain a safe and healthy work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, including dish area, floors, and equipment
  • Properly wash, dry, and store dishes, utensils, and equipment
  • Assist in food preparation, including setting up dish stations and maintaining clean / dry floors
  • Change water in machines and sinks every two hours, or more often as required by business levels
  • Properly use chemical dilutions set by Eco-Lab
  • Assist in the timely storing of food deliveries
  • Maintain trash cans throughout shift and remove full trashcans and boxes at the end of each shift
  • Maintain the dry storage area and the organization of storage shelves
  • Follow posted daily dish cleaning duties
  • Assist in food prep and any other duties set forth or requested by the chef as needed
Requirements and Skills:
  • Food Handler's Permit
  • Planning and multi-tasking
  • Self-motivated with a high energy level
  • Verbal communication
  • High school diploma
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
