Host/Hostess

We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Hostess to join our team at Red Lobster. As a Host/Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

• Greet guests with a smile and a friendly conversation
• Use a seating chart to seat guests in a timely and efficient manner
• Monitor the waiting list and manage the floor chart to ensure a smooth dining experience
• Communicate with guests who are waiting and keep them informed of their wait time
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including the menus, waiting room, and restrooms
• Answer phones and take to-go orders as needed

• Must be at least 16 years of age
• Ability to organize and plan ahead
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain on your feet for several hours at a time and lift up to 20 pounds
