Senior Auditor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Auditor to join our team at ilani. As a Senior Auditor, you will play a critical role in developing and executing comprehensive audit programs to ensure the accuracy and reliability of our financial reporting.

• Develop and Execute Audit Programs: Assist in designing and implementing audit plans to assess the effectiveness of internal controls, financial reporting, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Conduct Financial Process Reviews: Lead audits of financial processes, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger reconciliations.
• Internal Control Audits: Conduct audits of internal controls, including financial reporting, compliance, and operational controls.
• Compliance Audits: Conduct audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including GAAP, GAAS, and the Sarbanes-Oxley Act.
• Document and Communicate Audit Findings: Document audit findings, communicate results to management, and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Lead and Train Team Members: Provide guidance and training to junior auditors and other team members on audit procedures and techniques.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Experience: Four years of recent experience in internal auditing or three years of recent experience in internal auditing and three years of public or private accounting experience.
• Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to foster a supportive team environment, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and advanced Excel skills.

• Auditing Experience: Experience in high-volume, complex casino environment preferred.
