Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership and direction for the installation team, ensuring timely and successful project completion.
  • Oversee project planning, coordination, and execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Manage scheduling and resource allocation to optimize profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Facilitate effective communication among team members and stakeholders to ensure clarity in project requirements.
  • Conduct regular inspections of job sites and equipment to maintain safety and quality standards.
  • Ensure compliance with all local regulations and safety protocols, including obtaining necessary permits.
  • Monitor project budgets and conduct job costing analysis to maintain financial performance.
