  • Serve as a catalyst for ongoing academic enhancement within the institution.
  • Clearly articulate the expected outcomes of professional development on teaching practices and student success.
  • Exemplify effective collaboration techniques.
II. Accountability
  • Facilitate the examination of student performance and educator development data to assess impacts on learning and instructional practices.
  • Enhance educators' abilities to analyze research for informed instructional choices.
  • Promote educators' comprehension and application of diverse strategies to evaluate student progress toward defined objectives and refine teaching methodologies.
III. Support
  • Act as a resource for embedded professional learning and enhanced academic performance within the school.
  • Engage educators in the analysis and interpretation of data from various sources to identify the needs of students and teachers.
