- Clearly articulate the expected outcomes of professional development on teaching practices and student success.
- Exemplify effective collaboration techniques.
- Facilitate the examination of student performance and educator development data to assess impacts on learning and instructional practices.
- Enhance educators' abilities to analyze research for informed instructional choices.
- Promote educators' comprehension and application of diverse strategies to evaluate student progress toward defined objectives and refine teaching methodologies.
- Act as a resource for embedded professional learning and enhanced academic performance within the school.
- Engage educators in the analysis and interpretation of data from various sources to identify the needs of students and teachers.
- Facilitate comprehensive, sustained professional learning experiences aligned with institutional improvement goals aimed at student achievement.
- Advance educators' profound understanding and application of content knowledge and evidence-based instructional strategies to assist students in meeting rigorous academic standards.
- Provide classroom-based assistance for the implementation of innovative or refined instructional practices.
- Establish structures and processes for collaborative efforts that foster collegiality and shared accountability.
- Ensure that available time for professional learning and collaboration is utilized effectively to enhance teaching quality and student learning.
- Keep school leadership and stakeholders informed about activities, progress, challenges, and achievements related to student performance and improved teaching practices.
