The successful candidate will be part of a team within OCC, interacting with Customer Care Locations (CCL), providing proactive customer service, resolving issues, and collaborating with colleagues.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Process sea import accounts billing in accordance with established pricing and deadlines.
  • Review Gross Profit and confirm accuracy to ensure timely and correct billing.
  • Collaborate with the operational team to maintain accurate information in the system.

**Requirements**

  • 1+ years' experience in customer service (Relationship Management) and billing.
  • Ability to pay close attention to detail and work in an office environment 5 days a week.
  • Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite.
