Job Overview

We're focused on building a strong company culture that enables our employees to safely enjoy what they do every day. Our ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Low Voltage Technician or a similar role and proficiency in the installation and maintenance of low voltage systems.

Responsibilities
  • Installation: Install, terminate, and test low voltage systems, including security cameras, access control systems, audiovisual equipment, structured cabling, and data networks.
  • Maintenance: Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure the ongoing functionality of low voltage systems.
  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair issues with low voltage systems, identifying and resolving faults in a timely manner to minimize downtime.
  • System Upgrades: Assist in upgrading existing low voltage systems to meet evolving technological and security requirements.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of installations, maintenance, and repairs, including equipment configurations and wiring diagrams.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent and 2+ years of experience in low voltage systems installation and maintenance.
  • Skill Requirements: Proficiency in low voltage cabling, connectors, and termination techniques; knowledge of power tools and testing equipment used in low voltage work.
  • Certifications and Training: Possession of relevant certifications and training in low voltage systems installation and maintenance.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry equipment and materials up to 50 pounds; able to climb ladders, operate lifts, and work from heights.
