Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer specializing in Building Systems Design to lead the engineering and design efforts for HVAC, Plumbing, Temperature Control, and Fire Protection Systems. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of knowledge, technical expertise, and a passion for delivering cutting-edge solutions in building systems engineering.
- Lead the engineering and design efforts for HVAC, Plumbing, Temperature Control, and Fire Protection Systems.
- Perform building load calculations, energy simulation, and analysis to optimize system efficiency.
- Conduct equipment sizing and selection for various building systems.
- Design steam and hydronic heating, chilled water cooling, and ducted air distribution systems.
- Develop Plumbing Systems, including domestic water, sanitary waste, acid waste, and stormwater systems.
- Design Temperature Control Systems with proficiency in pneumatic and electronic actuated systems.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in building system design and construction.
- Strong expertise in HVAC, Plumbing, Temperature Control, and Fire Protection Systems.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and HVAC load calculation software.
- A Professional Engineer License.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
