Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead Manager to join our Simulation Infrastructure team. As a Technical Lead Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers in the development and maintenance of our simulation infrastructure, ensuring that our vehicles are equipped with the latest technology to navigate complex roads and environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of engineers in the development and maintenance of our simulation infrastructure
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that our vehicles are equipped with the latest technology
  • Develop and implement technical strategies to improve the performance and efficiency of our simulation infrastructure
  • Ensure that our simulation infrastructure meets the highest standards of quality and reliability
  • Identify and mitigate technical risks and issues that may impact the success of our simulation infrastructure
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in software engineering and technical leadership
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and delivering complex technical projects
  • Strong technical expertise in simulation infrastructure and autonomous driving technology
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
