Fashion Sales Expert

Job Summary
We're looking for a talented Sales Specialist who shares our passion for innovation, creativity, and customer satisfaction. This full-time position requires 32-40 hours per week and offers a generous compensation package including a clothing allowance, employee discount, commission eligibility, paid time off, medical, dental, vision, and ancillary benefits, membership to Calm, 401k, and paid parental leave.
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences through in-depth product knowledge, exceptional communication skills, and genuine enthusiasm for the brand
• Achieve or exceed sales targets while adhering to company policies and procedures
• Showcase the brand's unique aesthetic and embody the spirit of fashion-forward thinking
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, providing tailored solutions to meet their expectations
• Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team to create visually appealing store displays and window installations
• Stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures to ensure seamless execution of tasks
• Effectively manage inventory and stock levels to minimize waste and maximize sales potential
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using Point of Sale systems
• Foster a culture of inclusivity, respect, and open communication among team members
• Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and contribute to the overall growth of the business
Requirements
• Proven track record of success in client-centric sales environments

Salary Information
This role offers a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
