Our nursing team is dedicated to delivering patient-centered care, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents.
Responsibilities- Assist in the delivery of resident care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
- Review resident medical records to ensure nursing practice provided is within State and Federal guidelines
- Review all referrals for consultation, treatment or resolution of problems are valid and applicable to the documented nurse plans
- Evaluate and monitor resident responses to daily implementation of nursing care to ensure the provision of resident care plans are met
- Implement physician's orders, nursing interventions and procedures as needed for the care of the resident
- Seek opportunities for professional growth and expansion of responsibilities to maintain competency levels
- Set and implement goals and policies consistent with the philosophy and purpose of FutureCare's nursing facility
- Must hold an active Registered Nurse license issued in the state of Maryland
- 1 year of nursing experience preferred
- Previous experience caring for residents in an acute or long-term health care facility a plus
- Must possess a current CPR license
