Key Responsibilities- Preventative Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent equipment downtime and ensure optimal performance.
- Equipment Repair: Troubleshoot and repair complex electrical and mechanical systems, including PLCs, robots, and motor controls.
- Project Management: Lead and participate in maintenance projects to improve equipment efficiency and reduce downtime.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve maintenance goals and objectives.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all maintenance activities are performed in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Experience: 5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Skills: Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office; strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred.
- Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of electrical and hydraulic systems; experience with forklift and/or scissor lift operation.
- Compensation: $33-40/hour DOE.
