As a key member of the sales floor team, you will provide fast and friendly service to customers at the sales counter. Your responsibilities will include managing shelves and inventory, operating cash registers, and maintaining the overall appearance and cleanliness of the store.

About This Opportunity

This role offers a competitive salary of $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, our company offers benefits such as health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely manner
  • Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels, restocking shelves and supplies as needed
  • Operate cash registers efficiently and accurately, handling customer transactions and managing cash handling procedures
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards for appearance and safety
Requirements and Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or previous retail experience preferred
  • Ability to work varied shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
