We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Facilities Operations Manager to join our team at Talentry LLC. As a key member of our facilities department, you will be responsible for developing and overseeing all planned maintenance and calibration activities.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and communicate planned maintenance activities to ensure seamless execution.
- Process and track facilities purchasing activities to optimize resource allocation.
- Support and execute new standard operating procedures (SOPs) and administrative duties to maintain a high level of operational efficiency.
- Adhere to safety and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Act as the primary system administrator for our Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
- Work closely with production scheduling to provide input on work orders and ensure timely completion.
- Track and follow up on PM/CAL/CM work orders to ensure completion and accuracy.
- Provide monthly overdue reports of work orders to stakeholders.
- Maintain asset tracking within our Business Management and Resource Allocation Module (BMRAM).
- Facilitate meetings with maintenance staff and track key performance metrics to drive improvement.
- Support maintenance department staff and maintain training records to ensure compliance and knowledge sharing.
- 7+ years of experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field and/or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years of facilities maintenance/operations experience.
- GMP facility experience preferred.
- Two years of experience in an FDA-regulated environment preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, and planning skills.
- Ability to organize tasks in a high-paced GMP environment.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to multi-task or work independently.
- The position is eligible for a discretionary bonus and equity award.
- The base pay range is $35.00 to $46.00 hourly, depending on experience and qualifications.
