Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Grill Cook to join our team at Bob Evans Restaurants. As a Grill Cook, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality farm-fresh food to our guests. You will work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, ensuring that all orders are prepared to perfection and delivered to our guests in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of menu items, including meats, fish, poultry, and vegetables
- Follow company recipes and plating standards to ensure consistency and quality
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and sanitation standards
- Work effectively with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and delivery
- Provide excellent customer service by ensuring that all orders are accurate and delivered in a timely manner
Requirements:
- 0-2 years of experience in a kitchen environment
- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and menu preparation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment and maintain a high level of productivity
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
