  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
  • Supervise and mentor Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants and therapy aides to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in occupational therapy to maintain professional expertise.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy
  • State licensure in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT)
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through American Heart Association (AHA)
  • Preferred: Acute care experience
