Position Overview
As a Certified Surgical Assistant, you will be integral in supporting surgeons during surgical procedures, maintaining the highest standards of patient care under direct supervision.

Qualifications
- A high school diploma is required.
- Completion of a Surgical Tech First Assistant or Certified Surgical Assistant Program is necessary.
- Certification as a Certified Surgical Assistant must be obtained within two years of program completion.
- A minimum of two years of relevant surgical assisting experience is essential.
- Preferred certifications include CST from the AST Association of Surgical Technologists.
Work Schedule
This position is full-time with rotating shifts, offering a variable schedule that provides flexibility and diverse work experiences.
