We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Clerical Officer to join our team at SpeakEasy Services, Corp.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform various clerical tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management
- Respond to phone calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional manner
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating activities as needed
- Prepare reports and other documents for management review
- Support other administrative staff as required
Qualifications:
- An Associate's Degree or equivalent is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks software
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in customer service is highly valued
We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
