Color Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Color Specialist. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive the best possible advice and support.

• Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on our range of colors and products
• Manage and maintain our product inventory, ensuring that our customers have access to the products they need
• Process customer orders and ensure timely delivery
• Design and implement visually appealing promotional displays to showcase our products
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide a seamless customer experience

• Completed commercial or trade apprenticeship, preferably in sales or a related field
• Experience in sales or distribution in retail, the creative market, or the DIY industry
• Strong knowledge of colors and creativity, with the ability to communicate this effectively to customers
