Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality patient care, utilizing the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the patient, family, and care team to achieve holistic care and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Participate in unit-specific certifications, such as ACLS, TNCC, PALS, and ENPC, to enhance patient care and safety.
  • Develop and maintain strong communication and teamwork skills, working effectively with colleagues to achieve shared goals.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, BSN preferred.
  • Successful completion of the RRMC Nurse Residency Program.
  • Licensed in the State of Vermont.
  • BLS Certification through American Heart Association.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior related nursing experience.
  • Unit-specific certifications, such as ACLS, TNCC, PALS, and ENPC.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Competitive pay rate: $55.09 per hour.
  • Shift differentials available.
