Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Breakfast Attendant to join our team at Lambert Hotels. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests during breakfast hours.

Key Responsibilities
  • Breakfast Setup and Maintenance: Prepare and heat food, restock and clean the breakfast buffet area to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Guest Interaction: Greet and engage with guests, responding to their needs and ensuring they feel welcome and valued.
  • Food and Beverage Management: Monitor food levels, restock as necessary, and minimize waste to maintain a high level of quality and efficiency.
  • Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain the cleanliness of the breakfast area, including tables, floors, and surrounding spaces.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient breakfast service.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Skills: Provide exceptional service to guests, responding to their needs and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Communication Skills: Effectively communicate with guests, team members, and management to ensure seamless service.
  • Physical Demands: Stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds to perform job duties.
  • Availability: Work a morning shift, typically 5:00 am - 11:00 am, with the possibility of cross-training in other departments to increase hours.
