Warehouse Stocker

Job Summary:

As a Warehouse Stocker - Produce at Restaurant Depot, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, stocking products on shelves, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment throughout the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

Provides prompt, courteous, and friendly customer service to internal and external customers.

Removes boxes from pallets and places them on shelves, as well as opens boxes and removes single items to re-stock shelves.

Organizes and front-faces items on shelves to ensure a visually appealing store environment.

Performs proper inspections to meet HACCP regulations and ensures that shelf pricing is correct and reflects the most recent pricing.

Assists in the review of inventory for product rotation daily to prevent shrinkage and damages.

Ensures that the warehouse is maintained in a clean and safe condition, including regular maintenance of the floor and removal of any trash or debris.

Physical Demands:

Walking/standing on concrete for up to 10 hours/day.

Frequently turning, standing, reaching, stooping, and/or bending.

Frequently pushing/pulling objects 500 to 1,500 lbs.

Frequently lifting/carrying objects more than 60 lbs.

Work Environment:

Requires frequent exposure to cold/freezing temperatures.

Equipment in motion (forklifts, electric pallet jacks, scooters).

Performs other work-related duties as required and assigned.

May be required to work in other departments as needed.
