This position is responsible for overseeing the operations of the Aviation Science & Management department.

• Departmental Leadership
  • Provide strategic direction and oversight to the department
  • Develop and implement departmental goals and objectives
  • Ensure compliance with accreditation requirements
• Faculty and Staff Management
  • Recruit, hire, and evaluate faculty and staff
  • Develop and implement faculty and staff training programs
  • Ensure compliance with USG and MGA policies and procedures
• Curriculum Development
  • Develop and implement curriculum for the Aviation Science & Management program
  • Ensure curriculum aligns with industry standards and accreditation requirements
• Assessment and Evaluation
  • Develop and implement assessment and evaluation methods for the Aviation Science & Management program
  • Ensure assessment and evaluation methods align with industry standards and accreditation requirements
• Communication and Collaboration
  • Develop and maintain relationships with industry partners and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with other departments and units to ensure alignment and coordination

• Educational Requirements
  • Master's degree in a related field
• Experience Requirements
  • Three to five years of experience in a related field
• Preferred Qualifications
  • Doctoral degree in a related field
