• Deliver legendary customer service and perfectly crafted high-quality eyewear that exceeds customer expectations.
• Custom fit glasses and precisely place prescriptions in lenses.
• Act as a leader in optical acumen, providing a voice for associates and taking and recording measurements, adjusting or fitting eyewear correctly.
• Attract new customers and explore their needs and priorities by asking open-ended questions.
• Assist coworkers with difficult or complex areas of product needs and prescriptions.
• Utilize store tools and adhere to Brand Store Commitments.
• Perform work accurately and thoroughly, utilizing all technology despite time pressure and customer volume.
• Anticipate problems, explore underlying reasons, and strive to develop long-term solutions to problems and ensure customers are satisfied and expectations are exceeded.

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• ABO Certification.
• Optical dispensing experience.
• Strong customer service skills, including communication, listening, and team building.
• Knowledge of current store merchandise.
• Strong basic math skills.
• Awareness of current fashion trends.
• Selling skills, including the ability to use and carry an iPad/tablet.
• Familiarity with POS, computers, and calculators.
• Embrace new technology and change.

• Previous customer service and retail experience.
