Job Summary
This role requires a detail-oriented and organized individual with a strong understanding of assembly procedures and quality control measures. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet the highest standards of quality and safety, and will work closely with our engineering and manufacturing teams to identify and implement process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble and disassemble motors to meet customer and engineering specifications
- Perform detailed measurements and inspections to ensure quality and accuracy
- Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to develop and implement process improvements
- Monitor and maintain quality control measures to ensure compliance with company standards
- Perform other duties as assigned and work overtime as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Dependability and strong work ethic
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of approved repair processes and quality control measures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
Physical Requirements:
The physical demands of this role include standing and walking for extended periods, with occasional lifting and bending. The ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues is essential.
