Job Summary

Excel Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our team for a 13-week assignment in Oak Lawn, IL.

Job Responsibilities
  • Perform nuclear medicine procedures, including imaging and testing, to diagnose and treat patients.
  • Operate and maintain nuclear medicine equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide high-quality patient care and achieve treatment goals.
  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans, taking into account patient needs and medical history.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest nuclear medicine technologies and techniques, applying this knowledge to improve patient outcomes.
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in nuclear medicine, with a focus on technologist roles.
  • Previous travel experience, with a strong understanding of the demands and challenges of working in a new environment.
  • Active BLS, ARRT, and IEMA certifications, with a commitment to maintaining these credentials.
  • EPIC experience, with a strong understanding of electronic health records and medical software.
