About the Position

TravelNurseSource is working with TRS Healthcare to find a qualified ICU/Critical Care Registered Nurse in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Travel Nurse in the Intensive Care Unit. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in critical care nursing and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality patient care in the Intensive Care Unit, utilizing strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Monitor and manage patient vital signs, administering medications and treatments as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and industry developments.

Requirements

  • Current Registered Nurse license in the state of Tennessee.
  • 2 years of recent experience as a Registered Nurse in an Intensive Care Unit setting.
  • 1 year of recent experience specializing in critical care nursing.
  • Basic Life Support certification.
