Job Title: Senior Java Developer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Java Developer to join our team at Synechron. As a Senior Java Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining efficient, reusable, and reliable code using Java, Spring Boot, and Hibernate. You will work closely with project and business stakeholders to gather and refine requirements, and release software in a timely fashion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop high-quality Java code using Spring Boot and Hibernate
  • Work closely with project and business stakeholders to gather and refine requirements
  • Develop and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely software releases
  • Perform code reviews and provide feedback to team members
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies

Requirements:

  • Strong experience with Java, Spring Boot, and Hibernate
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies
