Job Title: Social Worker

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Social Worker to join our team at ProCare Therapy. As a Social Worker, you will be responsible for providing individual and group counseling to students dealing with personal, social, or emotional issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct assessments to identify and understand the social and emotional needs of students.
  • Evaluate the impact of social, economic, and environmental factors on a student's well-being and academic performance.
  • Assist in crisis situations, such as emergencies, trauma, or other sudden and distressing events affecting students or the school community.
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Social Work
  • Valid Illinois Social Worker Certification
  • Able to pass a background check and drug test
