Job Requirements

We are seeking a Gardening Specialist to join our team at Brier Creek Gardens. As a key member of our maintenance crew, you will be responsible for maintaining our clients' gardens, parks, and other outdoor spaces, ensuring they look their best at all times.

The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. You will need to be able to lift 50lbs regularly, have a valid driver's license, and a clean driving record.

You will also need to be comfortable with gas-powered equipment and working on ladders. In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary ($35,000 - $45,000 per year), medical and dental insurance after a probationary period, and opportunities for advancement within the company.
