Toolmaker Specialist

At System One, we are currently seeking a skilled Toolmaker to join our team in the Latrobe, PA area. With an estimated salary of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, this role offers a competitive compensation package.

Job Description:

• Troubleshoot and recommend solutions for problem molds assigned by the Director of Tech Services.
• Set up and operate all tool room equipment with precision using close tolerances.
• Read mold drawings or hand sketches to facilitate repairs or tool modifications.
• Clean and rework molds according to established procedures at all facilities.
• Maintain accurate records of activities on molds and time required for completion.
• Conduct special project assignments as requested and provide detailed reports to the Manufacturing Engineering Manager.

• Preferred: Completion of a 4-year apprentice program in the Tool and Die field
