We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Mercy Hospital Washington. This is a PRN night shift position in the Emergency Department.
About the Role:This is a float pool position, which means you will have the opportunity to work in various departments within the hospital, including the Emergency Department, ICU, Cardiac Telemetry, Medical Surgical, and Medical Surgical- Adults & Peds.
Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced emergency department environment.
- Float to various departments within the hospital as needed.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest medical procedures and technologies.
- Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program.
- Current RN license in the hiring state and/or compact licensure.
- 1 year of RN experience preferred.
- Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association or successful completion of course within 30 days of hire.
- One of the following certifications may be required based on the position/unit hired to: ACLS, PALS.
- Competitive hourly rate.
- Shift differentials.
- Incentive shifts available after the first 12 hours worked each pay period.
