We are seeking a highly skilled Kitchen and Bath Showroom Sales Consultant to join our team at Plumbers Supply Co in Fishers.

As a key member of our showroom team, you will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting the perfect kitchen and bath products that meet their design, function, and budget needs.

You will work closely with customers to identify their product requirements and provide expert advice on our range of kitchen and bath products. Your exceptional communication skills and ability to build rapport with customers will ensure they receive a personalized experience.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for home design and a strong understanding of kitchen and bath products. Previous experience in retail and customer service is highly desirable, but not essential.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Greeting and assisting showroom customers by identifying their product needs and style preferences.
  • Providing expert advice and product recommendations in the kitchen and bath categories.
  • Responding to customer inquiries regarding pricing, inventory, and product availability in a timely manner.
  • Preparing and following up on quotes and sales orders to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Processing customer transactions accurately in the Prophet 21 system.

To succeed in this role, you will require excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and multitask with sharp attention to detail. A self-motivated individual who can work independently as well as part of a team is highly sought after.

An estimated salary for this role is $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, based on your location and experience level.
