We are seeking a highly skilled Family Practice Physician to join our team at Primary Care and Hope Clinic. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional patient care, work collaboratively with our staff, and contribute to the development of our practice protocols and policies.
Key Responsibilities- Provide patient care, conduct physical exams, and document patient progress using E-Clinical software.
- Represent the clinic in a professional manner, providing prompt and efficient care to patients.
- Interpret laboratory and diagnostic findings, taking action as needed, and consult with healthcare providers and case managers to develop treatment plans.
- Manage patient care after hours, participate in on-call rotation, and contribute to quality assurance programs.
- Ensure a safe work environment, maintain confidentiality, and adhere to HIPAA and OSHA requirements.
- Doctoral Degree in Family Medicine and Board Certification.
- Completed residency program and maintained CPR Certification.
- Ability to work as a team player, communicate effectively, and multitask.
- Computer skills and ability to maintain licensure and certifications.
