We are seeking a skilled Primary Care Physician to join our team at Medicorp, Inc. in Los Angeles, CA area. As a Primary Care Physician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our team to deliver exceptional healthcare services.
Job Responsibilities- Practice Setting: Our Primary Care Physician will work in a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) setting, with 15 locations in the surrounding cities of LA, SB county, Hesperia, and Apple Valley.
- Outpatient Position: This is a 100% outpatient position, available due to growth and expansion of our services.
- Provider Team: You will be part of a team of 40 total providers, with a shared call schedule of 1 in 5 with other providers.
- Electronic Medical Records (EMR): Our EMR system is eClinical Works, which will enable you to efficiently manage patient records and communicate with our team.
- Compensation and Benefits: The base salary range for this position is $270,000 - $300,000, based on experience and volumes the candidate wishes to see. Additionally, you will receive medical, dental, and vision coverage at 100% for yourself and your family, as well as a 403B retirement plan with a 4% match and $350,000 in life insurance.
- Relocation and Sign-on Bonus: We offer a negotiable sign-on bonus and relocation assistance to support your transition to our team.
- Time Off and CME: You will receive 6 sick days per year, 9 holidays, and 15 vacation days in year one, increasing to 20 days in year two, and 25 days after 5 years of service. We also provide 5 days of CME and a $2,000 allowance annually, as well as coverage of license fees and DEA costs.
- Student Loan Incentives: We offer student loan incentives through the National Health Service Corp. (NHSC) to support your financial well-being.
- Visa Sponsorship: We are open to visa sponsorship and have a Health Professional Shortage Area (HPSA) score of 15 for primary care.
- Requirements: To be eligible for this position, you must be a Board Eligible/Board Certified (BE/BC) physician with a CA license and DEA certification. If you are not yet licensed, we can wait for your certification.
