Respiratory Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team at Community Memorial Hospital. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will be responsible for administering patient respiratory therapy treatments within the scope of education and in accordance with physician orders.

• Administer respiratory therapy treatments to patients in accordance with physician orders and within the scope of education.
• Develop and implement patient care plans to ensure optimal respiratory health.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Conduct routine equipment maintenance and quality control checks to ensure optimal equipment function.
• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in respiratory care.

• Associate's degree in an accredited Respiratory Care Program and licensed to practice in the State of Ohio or possess a limited permit license and be a student in good standing in a Respiratory Care educational program.
• CPR and NRP certificates, with ACLS and PALS recommended.
• One to two years' experience in respiratory care preferred.
• Excellent clinical skills, time management, customer service, and communication skills.
