Become a Key Player as an Infrastructure Project Leader

Are you an experienced Infrastructure Project Leader ready to take on a new opportunity? TIER4 GROUP is in search of a skilled professional to join our ranks. In this role, you will manage the scope, timeline, budget, and quality of various intricate infrastructure technology initiatives. Your duties will encompass steering project execution, proactively managing change requests, assessing risks, and providing updates on project progress.

Work Arrangement: This position offers a hybrid model in the Houston area or can be remote for the right candidate.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all facets of projects to ensure the delivery of approved business outcomes.
  • Define and guide project scope, strategy, assumptions, dependencies, risks, and financials.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and related projects to create comprehensive project timelines.
  • Lead and implement sanctioned projects throughout their lifecycle, including managing change requests, issues, risks, and status updates.
  • Monitor project finances, including procurement and contracts, monthly expenditures, and resource planning.
  • Supervise procurement requests and onboard external resources for specific projects.
  • Address and mitigate risks and issues while assessing the impact of scope changes on the project.
  • Prepare and present project updates and findings.
  • Guide and mentor junior team members.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.
  • 6+ years of experience in project management.
  • Familiarity with financial accounting and reporting related to projects.
  • Experience with structured frameworks, methodologies, and operational models (e.g., ITIL, PMBOK, Agile).
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with various management levels.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP), Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP), or equivalent certification is mandatory.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project, Jira, or Smartsheet is preferred.
