Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Massage Therapist to join our team at Massage Envy Blaine. As a Massage Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality massage services to clients, promoting our brand's values of optimism, gratitude, excellence, consistency, and empathy.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional massage services to clients, including Swedish, deep tissue, and other modalities
  • Develop and maintain a loyal client base through effective communication and personalized service
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve business goals and objectives
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment that promotes teamwork and mutual respect
Requirements
  • Minimum of 500 hours of massage therapy school and a certificate of completion
  • Licensure to practice massage therapy in the state of Minnesota
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and promoting a positive work environment
