We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Feasterville Family Medicine team at St. Mary Physicians Group, a member of Trinity Health, Mid-Atlantic.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and patients to provide high-quality medical care and education. Key responsibilities include:

  • Assessing patient needs and developing individualized care plans
  • Providing medical advice and guidance to patients and families
  • Collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care
  • Documenting patient interactions and medical information accurately
  • Responding to patient inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
Requirements:

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

  • A current/active Pennsylvania RN License
  • BLS certification
  • Experience in telephone triage nursing (preferred)
