Job Title: Energy Consultant Coordinator

At Solar Energy Partners, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Energy Consultant Coordinator to join our team. As an Energy Consultant Coordinator, you will play a critical role in generating leads, providing information, and collaborating with our sales team to drive solar energy adoption.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate leads through door-to-door or virtual outreach, identifying and qualifying potential customers interested in adopting solar energy.
  • Gather essential information to create high-quality leads for the sales team.
  • Provide information and answer queries, educating homeowners on the technical aspects of solar systems and addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
  • Effectively communicate the financial incentives, rebates, and financing options available to encourage solar adoption.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads, providing valuable insights from the field to enhance overall sales strategies.
  • Attend marketing events and maintain knowledge of industry trends, including new technologies, regulations, and incentives.
  • Keep detailed records of interactions with potential customers and submit regular reports on lead generation activities.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills, with strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a proven ability to work independently and meet or exceed set targets.
  • Results-driven with a focus on achieving and surpassing goals.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
  • Previous sales or customer service experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Basic computer skills, including the ability to use a customer relationship management system and Microsoft Office applications.
