Job Summary

The Waters Of Minocqua is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction in our guest rooms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure that each guest receives exceptional service by providing a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Prepare and maintain guest rooms to the highest standards, including cleaning, dusting, and restocking amenities.
  • Follow proper room-entering protocol to ensure guest privacy and security.
  • Report any damage or missing items to the Housekeeping Team Lead or Executive Housekeeper.
  • Attend required safety training and adhere to all safety protocols.

Requirements

  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work independently.
  • Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred.
  • Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 10 lbs, and climb stairs.
