Veterans Affairs Urology Specialist Position

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated urologist physician to join our team at the VA Medical Center in Salisbury, North Carolina. As a urologist physician, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care to veterans and contributing to the mission of the Department of Veterans Affairs.
Responsibilities:
- Provide urologic care to veterans, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of urologic conditions.
- Conduct routine exams, surgeries, and other medical procedures as necessary.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Requirements:
- Doctor of Medicine or equivalent degree from an institution accredited by the Liaison Committee on Medical Education (LCME) or the Commission on Osteopathic College Accreditation (COCA).
- Current, full, and unrestricted license to practice medicine or surgery in any US state or territory.
- Completion of residency training approved by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs in an accredited core specialty training program leading to eligibility for board certification.
