Snowmaker II

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Snowmaker II to join our team at Mountain Capital Partners. As a Snowmaker II, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our snowmaking equipment to provide a high-quality skiing experience for our guests.

• Operate and maintain snowmaking equipment, including snow guns, hoses, and pumps.
• Ensure the safe and efficient operation of snowmaking equipment, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.
• Monitor and adjust snowmaking systems to optimize snow quality and coverage.
• Collaborate with other mountain operations teams to ensure seamless ski area operations.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on snowmaking equipment, as needed.

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in snowmaking or a related field.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with varying weather conditions.
• Strong mechanical skills and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.

This is a seasonal, weather-dependent position that requires working outdoors in extreme cold and snow conditions. You must be able to hike for sustained periods of time at high elevations and in inclement weather.
