Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and provide personalized service to exceed their expectations.
- Drive sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and maintaining a strong understanding of our brand's values and heritage.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve individual and team sales objectives.
- Coach and guide sales team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional client service and drive sales growth.
- Capture and analyze client data to inform sales strategies and improve client relationships.
- Act as a brand ambassador, representing Dolce & Gabbana in a professional and courteous manner at all times.
- Supervise the sales floor, ensuring that all sales team members are providing exceptional client service and meeting sales objectives.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of previous experience in sales roles, preferably in luxury retail companies.
- Proven excellent client service skills and commercial mindset.
- Previous experience in training and coaching people, both in professional and non-professional contexts.
- Ability to drive results through others and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficient computer knowledge, including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to communicate and analyze business needs and trends with senior leadership.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
