Estimated Salary Range: $69,680 - $86,640 per year (based on 40 hours/week, 52 weeks/year)

Job Description: As a CDL-A Team Van Truckload driver with Schneider, you will be responsible for hauling dry van freight within all 48 states. You will work closely with your partner to ensure timely delivery and excellent customer service.

Requirements:

  • Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
  • All CDL holders welcome

  • Average pay: $1,340-$1,630 weekly
  • Mileage pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving
  • Weekly paychecks

  • $5,000 sign-on bonus in 12 monthly payments for experienced drivers
  • $2,500 sign-on bonus in 12 monthly payments for inexperienced drivers
  • Paid orientation
  • Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year
  • Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year
